A World Made Beautiful by Its Colours | MBL 2025 “Colours of Us” Children’s Art Exhibition
The world is beautiful because it holds so many colours.
On children’s canvases, we find bold splashes alongside delicate lines; playful strokes next to hesitant touches.
Every different way of seeing and creating adds to a richer, more complete picture of life.
This September, the MBL 2025 “Colours of Us” Children’s Art Exhibition will bring together 85 original works by young people from around the globe. Among them are 33 remarkable pieces created by children with disabilities who are too often overlooked. With extraordinary effort and courage, these young artists have painted their worlds—offering images that are honest, fragile, and deeply moving.
🌈 85 Works · 33 Created by Children with Disabilities
These works come from children at three dedicated schools in China:
· Ark of Love Special Education School, Guangxi
· Jincheng Special Education School, Shanxi
· Stars & Rain Special Education School, Beijing — the country’s first non-profit organisation founded by a parent to support children with autism and their families.
With the care of teachers and parents, the children poured time and focus into their creations. Their schools worked tirelessly to make sure these paintings could reach an international stage. Every piece carries both the children’s spirit and the schools’ commitment — showcasing not only artistic talent, but resilience, hope, and determination.

💖 What We Believe
At the Mothers’ Bridge of Love, we believe a simple truth: love and equality are what connect us all.
This exhibition is part celebration, part call to action. We want the world to see these children’s talents and dreams, and to recognise the strength that comes when every voice is respected.
To walk through this exhibition is to experience more than art. It is to take part in a wider conversation—one about beauty, diversity, and the power of inclusion.
