Zhao Pan: “I Hold No Anger About the Past” |

‍ ‍

“I hold no anger about what happened in the past.”

‍ ‍

These are the words Zhao Pan, from the United States, wishes to share with his family in China.

‍ ‍

Last October, with the support of his sister—who was also adopted from China—Zhao Pan reached out to Baobei Huijia and formally began his journey to reconnect with his roots.

‍ ‍

Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, his biological family had registered with Baobei Huijia as early as 2014, and had been searching and waiting for news of him ever since.

‍ ‍

Two long journeys of searching, stretching across time and borders, gradually moved closer to one another. Today, they finally met—the DNA match was confirmed.

‍ ‍

Years of waiting, longing, and unanswered questions have at last found their answer. After so many years apart, the family is now preparing for reunion.

‍ ‍

Searching for family is not only about reaching a result; it is about giving voice to the love and longing that have quietly endured over time. For Zhao Pan, this journey carries no resentment—only understanding and peace.

‍ ‍

We send our warmest wishes to Zhao Pan and to the family soon to be reunited.

‍ ‍

May stories of reunion like this continue to unfold.
