Leo has been working as a programme host and producer in Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation (JSBC) since 1991 in Nanjing, China. In 2001, he took a M.A. in Information Technology at the University of Nottingham in UK. He became a volunteer in MBL in 2004 and helped MBL former Chairman Mr. Toby Eady to manage “Open Eyes to China

Project” from 2004 to

2006. He now is a senior editor in JSBC.
