MBL Volunteer Training Day at V&A of Childhood August 2014

On 3rd August 2014, all the volunteers gathered at V&A Museum of Childhood for a training meeting in preparation for the upcoming MBL 10th Anniversary Celebration.
Xiaoli, the team leader of MBL welcomed all the volunteers who attended the training event and would make their contribution to our celebration day, and followed by introduction by the Head Office Team.
In order to let every volunteer getting closer to MBL, the Head Office Team gave a talk regards to MBL’s three bridges, three teams, and the meaning of Mother’s Bridge of love. In addition, they did emphasize how to become qualified MBL volunteers, the responsibilities to take as MBL volunteers and some tips for working with children.
Anne, the museum team leader led all the volunteers to explore V&A Museum of childhood for getting familiar with the layout of the museum, further helping to run the event smoothly and successfully.
Later on, Xiaoli began to assign tasks to every volunteer, and distribute the badges. After the two-hour training meeting, every volunteer was confident that they were fully prepared for the upcoming event and wished the event a big success.
